Bradshaw at Lords

I was at Lords cricket ground on Friday to interview the Secretary of the MCC Keith Bradshaw for the upcoming issue of the magazine. I was expecting some stuffy Guardian of the Game, but he was charming and generous, just what English cricket needs. He took me on the tour of Lords, the committee room and modernist commentary box were the highlights. The weather was dreadful and the schedueled county match had been called off which resulted in the commentary box being populated by forlorn old cricket journalists rattling around and taking the piss out of each other in a familiar way.
